Total weight loss since day 1: 1 stone 2 lb
Unbelievable, eat some cooked food and put on 2 lb! However, on the positive side, I know it's going to come straight off again.
So I've got two more extra pounds to lose this month, but I'm absolutely determined to lose 1 stone during the month of February. Anything is possible and I'll make it happen!
Today I've been 100% raw, starting with some fruit for breakfast, a big salad for lunch and a smaller salad for dinner.
This morning I trotted off to my local organic food market to pick up 2 crate-loads of yummy organic fruit and veg.

If you look very closely, you may spy one of my cats having a crafty sniff of the goods...but I have no need to worry as she only seems to like cat biscuits and wild rabbits! Being a female feline, she is the craftiest of them all,so she may have put 2+2 together, and where there's lettuce, there could be rabbits!
The trouble I have at the moment is storing all of the produce! Half of my dining room table is taken up with fruit, and my fridge is bursting with vegetables and greens...I even had to store some of it outside as there's simply no room indoors!
So I managed to source a second hand fridge today for 20€ and I'll be picking it up tomorrow...then I'll have somewhere to store my greens!
Also heading off to the gym to start month 2 of going to the gym tomorrow and I will DEFO go 4 times this week as I feel I really have my work cut out this month to lose a stone, but I love a challenge so bring it on!
