Total weight loss since day 1: 1 stone 4 lb
For the month of January I lost 1 stone 4 lb and that is a tremendous achievement for anybody. So my next goal for February will be to move out of the 13 stone zone, into the 12 stone zone, thus this means I will have to lose 12 lb by the 28th February. I'm really going to go all out and do my best now, because if I feel this great at 13 stone 11lb...I'm going to feel fantastic at 12 stone 13 lb!
Oh I forgot to tell you, yesterday after walking back from Torremolinos seafront, we bumped into 2 lovely colourful dogs! At least you can tell who is the boy and who is the girl from afar! Very random, but this is Torremolinos!
Blue and pink rinse brigade
While out we went past our local goat farm where we saw three little baby goats that must've been born only a few hours earlier as they still had their umbilical chords attached to them and were shaky on their legs. A mean goat farm dog was guarding them so we couldn't get too close but we still managed to take a quick photo!

I finally got the car sorted and picked it up from the garage today with the handbreak tightened and a new seat belt fitted to the centre back of the car (which has never been used since I've had the car!) This cost me 80€...went back to the I.T.V. centre and the car breezed through the test for another year, phew!
I wasn't hungry when I woke up this morning, I think I was still full from the day before, so I just had a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice...but this left me starving hungry by lunch time, something that the green smoothies don't do, they keep me going all morning.
So for lunch I ate 2 whole mangoes as I just had a really bad sweet craving and they were lovely and juicy! I just took the skin off with a knife then gorged on them with my bare hands!
The afternoon was spent putting together my new raised vegetable bed, which'll go next to the old one, where I have lettuce, spinach and chard growing...I need to thin this bed out and transplant some of the seedlings into the new one.
For dinner I decided I'd have vegetable wraps, which consisted of: thinly sliced carrot, cucumber, spring onion, lettuce and hoi sin sauce (not raw), wrapped in rice paper (not raw)...hey, but most of it was raw and it was very yummy too!
Off to the Cartama organic market to pick up my order which I made with Familia Hevilla earlier in the week. It's so nice getting fresh organic fruit and veg each week, I certainly notice the difference in taste from groceries in the supermarket.
I just have to tell you that I heard on the radio yesterday that 84% of people break their new years resolutions before the end of January and only 16% see theirs through...so I guess I'm in that 16%, which I'm proud of.
I look forward to the month of February to see what my raw food experience will bring and the weight I'm definitely going to lose.
Hasta pronto
